A new way to build a trusted, high-calibre network.

The same people. Five meetings. Ten weeks.
Two lunches → One dinner → Two lunches
M&A Circles bring together a carefully curated group of M&A professionals to build trusting relationships through meaningful conversations, shared learning and mutual support.
The M&A Club team reviews every application, considering experience, expertise, complementary profiles and group dynamics. We aim for comparable levels of experience, complementary expertise and limited direct competitive overlap.
Lawyers, bankers, accountants, tax specialists, advisors, private equity professionals and investors.
Meeting repeatedly allows conversations to deepen and participants to get to know one another beyond their professional titles. Four lunches and one dinner create space to exchange perspectives and explore topics that matter.
An experienced moderator prepares and guides each session, ensures everyone has a voice and builds on previous conversations.
By sharing knowledge, experience, perspectives and time, participants learn from one another and contribute to each other's success.
"We go further together than we do alone."

What sets M&A Circles apart
Every meeting is structured and moderated.
This is not open networking. An experienced moderator prepares each session, sets the agenda, makes sure every voice is heard and connects one conversation to the next, so five meetings build into real, lasting relationships.

Support the relationships that move the M&A community forward. Hosting a Circle brings your firm into a series of meaningful conversations with a carefully curated group of professionals, creating space for shared perspectives, mutual support and lasting connections.
Our 2026 cohorts included:
Our 2026 partners included RBC, EY, BCF Lawyers, Scotiabank and Lavery Lawyers.
Lavery LawyersWork with the M&A Club team to discuss the participant profiles you would like to bring together, the timing of your Circle and the hosting arrangements. The format creates repeated opportunities to get to know participants beyond their titles and to contribute to a trusted professional community.
New M&A Circles launch throughout the year. We're currently planning our 2027 calendar, with sponsorship opportunities available for winter, spring and fall.
It takes approximately three months to recruit and curate a Circle. Confirming your sponsorship early allows us to begin recruiting and building a group that reflects your desired participant profiles.
